EVERYONE WANTS PEACE. "Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace. Ro 14:19 Two things make for peace. I) Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace. Isa 9:6 and ii) Righteousness. " the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever." Isa 32:17 "Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed." Isa 10:1 If anything is contrary to the word of God it is not true and it is evil. When leaders legislate anything contrary to the word of God, they fight against God and their country. Remember nations do not last forever. "God made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation." Acts 17:26 " He increaseth the nations, and destroyeth them: he enlargeth the nations, and straiteneth them again." Job 12:23 "He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great. The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children." Ps 115:13-14 Britain honoured the Lord more than all other nations and God increased her greatly. As she has turned away from the Lord, God has diminished her. The English speaking people today have been greatly diminished. |
